The therapy room is just the right size, very clean, cosy and designed to give you a safe space to talk about anything that's on your mind.

Toilet facilities are directly outsite the room. You will be welcome to a glass of water in the waiting room to help you feel more relaxed.

This soothing space is often used for meditation, hypnotherapy and general counselling as well as many other forms of therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused brief therapy, gestalt and family constellations.
